Jennifer Rush
President/CEO

As Chief Executive Officer for IQT², Jennifer has overall responsibility for the company's strategy, organization and operations, and serves as a member of the board of directors. With more than 20 years in business development and leadership positions, she has extensive experience building successful businesses and applying technology to deliver value across a number of different industries.

Prior to joining IQT², Jennifer owned and operated Rush Business Communications, the legal predecessor to IQT². At RBC, Jennifer coordinated documentation projects from her Hawaii office with a worldwide base of associates via the Internet. These globe-spanning efforts reached from Hawaii to Guam, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Ireland, and Los Angeles. 

Jennifer has also served as an adjunct professor in Computer Science at Guam Community College and as lecturer with the Business & Technology Training Institute of Hawaii Community College. She consistently receives top performance ratings for her ability to bring the technical aspects of computer science down to everyday terms for her students. 

 A native of California, Jennifer has lived on in the Pacific Region for nearly two decades. She holds a MA in Business Communications, with Honors, from Jones International University, and a BS in Business Management, with Honors, from the University of Phoenix – Hawaii Campus.
